Hi There
Is there a way to keep a footer div at the bottom of the browser window
when there is not enough content to push it down???
Solution Must be IE compat.

I used to be able to do this with tables and transitional doctype, but
with strict doctype it stopped working.

I don't need the footer to stay there when there is more content than
the browser window can display. Then it should be pushed below by
content as you would expect.
