(Probably) first bookmaking site with CSS layout

Wow, do I have a serious time problem with my browser:(
Mac os8.6 ie5.1.7
The content loads too high 20px over menu, then disappears as the timer
takes over... Whirling... whirling...
Located page content about 5 scrolls down.
