Positioning headings

I suspect you mean that it should always be at the 
top of the viewport, correct? So that when scrolling
the h1 stays rooted at the top?

That is "fixed" positioning, but of course IE 
does not support it. However, a hack exists to 
FORCE (oh yeah) IE to support it:
