IE/Win 5.x check needed

Tim, you have 130px side margins on the center col, and standard width
value on the sids cols is 120px, which is fine since the total side
padding in thos cols is 5px. But IE5.x/win is getting a width of 150px!
That's way too big. It should be the standard width plus the 5px, or 125px.

That's because IE6 may emulate IE5.x, but it won't be fooled by the
Tantek hack like IE5.x will. IE6 still reads the 120px value, and 
altho it is off, it's only by 5px so you don't notice that the col is
slightly narrower than it should be.
