You need to replace all instances of the character '&' with the delimiter
sequence
'&'. Don't include the apostrophes. The validator is looking for one
of the delimiter sequences after the & and since it doesn't find one spews
an error.
The error shown in your post about <?IS10744:arch was not found and no
references to
a namespace architecture was found.
