Whooahh! I wouldn't even know where to start with that....
What did come to my mind though (once the dizziness disappeared :) was the
Webreference redesign tutorial [1].
They use a slightly similar layout, so maybe there's something in there you
might find useful.
But are all those fields really necessary? I would rather take the time to
rethink the entire layout and structure, and/or have a serious talk to the
client (Luca Brasi style :).
