Doug, Of note is the absolutely fixed font sizes. All font sizes except
for those in the 'Doppler 10 Weather Center' Box are fixed sizes. In the
weather center box the line heights are fixed. Both of these traits make
browser enlarging by the end viewer impossible. I know that these are
accessibility issues but even with good eyes my 1152x864 screen size makes
for some pretty small text. Just my FWIW.
