Sorry about missing the URL, Sam.
You need to transfer the top margin on #midCol to the body. It's
too buggy to have a top margin on the first block element in a
page. That will move the col down where you want it. Next, remove
the "width" from #midCol so it can be liquid.
If you want #midCol to have a decent amount of room for content,
you need to reduce the "right" value on the right column.

PS--h1 should be used only once on a page. Use h2, h3, etc. for
all the others.
