Yes, yes, yes. All excellent points, and are also reason why I prefer
print CSS.
Thanks for mentioning them -- I should have been more clear with my
point quote about. What I'd meant was to use print CSS as opposed to
none at all, and getting the raw unstyled (X)HTML.
