Here's a suggestion regarding scrolling the menu:
If you think it's safe to assume your users are using 800x600 or higher
(not always a safe assumption, I know...), you might want to take the
main body portion and put it in a <div> with position: fixed. Same
with the graphic at the top right.
Then when the page is scrolled, the only part that scrolls will be the
menu at the right.
This is just an idea to play with -- I haven't tested it in any
way/shape/form.
FYI, except for the scrolling, the pages look almost identical in (Mac)
Safari 1.0
