Here is an (imho) attractive alternative to laying out a form collection
where the labels are on top of the inputs rather than beside them. I would
welcome your comments on this approach.

One note: view this in IE5+ windows to see the intent. Gecko does not adjust
the width of the label element to fit the text - IE does it like I want.
Gecko's is probably the correct interpretation of the spec, but if anyone
could suggest a workaround to make the background collapse around the text
as it does in IE, I would appreciate it.
