[css-d] Site check

I'm updating my library's website from a "cutting-edge" 1998 framed version and would like to know
how it looks for others.  I have tested it on IE 5.5 and NS 7.  Page is
http://www2.evansville.edu/libweb/test3.html.  Most of the links work off that page and are styled a
bit differently than the main page.  The style sheet for all pages except test3 is
http://www2.evansville.edu/libweb/absolute.css.
