Hrrrm, I have interpreted this to mean that if two rules of the same name 
(two paragraph tags, or two classes named 'price') then the last one 
specified would be used. As this shouldn't happen within a single style 
sheet the only real problem crops up when linking or importing more than 
one style sheet that uses the same rule. At that point wouldn't the last 
one linked to or imported be the one used?

I agree that the organization should avoid causing problems.
