[css-d] CSS Signatures

Sent by John Dobson on 22 May 2003 11:11

This was the first time that I had heard of User Stylesheets, so I configured IE6.0 (on W2k) to
refer to a handy .css on my desktop but anything I specify in the .css does not make any changes to
any site/page that I visit. Initially I was using signatures, but after failing to get the
"meyerweb" signature to work resorted to general declarations with still no success.

Does anyone know what could be going wrong? Or failing that pass an example my way of something
that should work?

See Eric's article about CSS Signatures. It's in the archives at:
