Ok, as I have them open anyway - all OS X:
Safari: text-transform works fine in all cases, but
font-variant:small-caps fails everywhere. That is a known bug in
Safari. Test one is ok
IE5: text-transform fails everywhere, including in 'possible
workaround', font-variant:small-caps works fine. text-transform is
supported. Test one is ok.
Opera6 : same as Opera win.
Omniweb 4.2: fails on both text-transform and font-variant:small-caps,
the upcoming Omniweb 4.5 should work the same as Safari (same rendering
engine).
iCab: text-transform: ok; font-variant:small-caps : fails.
