I have set up a test page at http://www.dramatic.co.nz/test/smallcaps.html
The first test looks at an Opera bug whereby numerals and punctuation
characters are considered "lower case" for the purpose of font-
variant:small-caps
The second set of tests looks at a bug where both Opera and IE6/Win forget
to apply a text-transform property when font-variant:small-caps is also
used, either on the same element or inherited.
Gecko works fine in all cases.
I'd be interested to know how other browsers behave.
