An excellent way to debug things like this is to set a border on the div 
until you get it right. That would have shown you that the div has a 
height of zero. Set the height to the same height in pixels as the image 
you want it to display. (IE's broken box model will cover the outer 
edges of the image with the border, all those who get the box model 
right will not.)
