You're feeling the pain I did last time I got excited about position:fixed.
Whoa! I thought, framesets without framesets. Alas, IE6 does not play nice
with that at all. I'm curious to see if anyone has found any methods to make
IE degrade a bit more gracefully, otherwise I think this should get
relegated to the back burner.
