I found that not only did I need to change the margins, but I had to do a
"little" on each tag (for the page I was working on last week)... Meaning, I
had to give the <h1> a "margin-bottom: -3px" and then on the <h3>, which was
right under it, I had to give it a "margin-top: 5px" ...
It seemed if I did something to just one of the other it didn't work as
well... strange. :-P
