[css-d] Mozilla shows thicker menu items

Hello,

I was trying to fix one issue in Netscape 4.8 (extra top margin above the top 
banner) and now Mozilla is showing another problem:

The main menu's items show twice as thick on Mozilla (on Win2000) as on IE.

Any idea why? Any idea how to fix it?
