No, I just want it to be a similar size under the normal setttings of
the popular browsers.

Most users don't mess with the default settings and IE's is 'medium'
right? What do you have yours set to?

Yeah, I did, but like I said, most users never mess with the settings.
Saying that, those types of users are very unlikely to be using NS
