NN4 is a complete dog when it comes to page margins, especially on Mac. It's
unlikely that you'll find valid XHTML code that will give you a page without
any margins -- if it's essential for you to use valid code (totally, IMO)
then you'll have to live with the small margin and let the layout slide a
little in NN4/Mac. The usage stats for this browser are so low that this
kind of tiny styling difference isn't worth worrying about (unless you have
a specific user base on NN4/Mac that you have to please).
