[css-d] Layout IE6 v. Moz 1.2

Ryan, This is indeed a case of Moz being too good for it's own good.
The gap above the nav is actually the top margin of the top paragraph
in the nav! (no joke)

Apparently, a strict reading of the specs means that this top margin
should appear OUTSIDE the containing box, unless the containing box 
has a top border. I'm not saying I agree with this, but there it is.

What puzzles me is why Opera and IE seem to eliminate the margin 
altogether. This is one of those oh-so-tricky points of doctrine
that I have a bit of trouble understanding. Perhaps someone else
might wish to pontificate?

The cure for this is to remove the top margin from the paragraph,
or apply a top border to the nav box.
