[css-d] Site review request

Hi all.

I've been working on this project for nearly a year and it's
superficially done design wise.

The client likes it, it's tableless xhtml/CSS2 and PHP/MySQL generated
(flat files, though)

It's still a bit untidy under the covers and I'm about to go through and
tidy up, so I'm interested in any criticism, suggestions and feedback if
any of you feel like taking a look.
