Would it be possible for us to try and have the email address for this list
not have a "special" name on our email clients? It makes routing all these
email much easier if the To: address is always the same.

Nate,

From the headers of your message, it looks like it went through an exchange
server, so I'm going to assume some sort of MS mail program (Outlook Express
or Outlook).  I use OE, and it has no problem filtering the message by
looking for a To: or CC: line of [EMAIL-REMOVED], even if somebody
has a "human readable" (what you call a "special name") of say, css-d.  I
suspect that your mail program can do this as well.

While we're on the subject, could you configure your mail program to send
the message in a format that will allow for proper quoting, instead of
quoted-printable?
