For what it's worth: when switching the history panel on in IE6, the
column one width shrinks. In Opera 7.1, switching the bookmarks panel on
(not floated but static) it produces the same result but the width
even gets smaller. Both on 800x600.
I don't know if it's relative info for you, just thought i'd let you
know. I didn't mess with the dynamic values tho.
