[css-d] positioning problems

Sent by Deela on 23 February 2003 04:04

i'm having a few positioning problems. they can be seen here: www.kpunet
net/~deela/main.htm

1. what is causing the white space between the head and right images (this
is only happening in ie6)?

2. netscape7.01 isn't positioning the words 'about...' and 'updates...'
correctly. why is this happening and is there some way to correct it?

3. on the nav on the left, i've positioned the links, they work fine in
opera7, but are in different places in ie6 and ns7. why is that? is there a
way to have them in the same spots in all of the browsers? if not, is there
maybe a better way to do that nav?

after i have all these problems worked out i plan on linking to a style
sheet rather than leave it where it's at. it's there now for the sake of
problem solving. i'm new to this, so if anyone's got any suggestions on what
could be improved with my code or things that i maybe need to pay a little
more attention to, please let me know.

thanks in advance!
