I'm probably too picky, but it bothers me how there is both a solid and 
dashed border on the bottom of the nav links when you hover over them. 
The bottom link looks the best because it has a solid border all of the 
way around it.

I don't know why, but for some reason I've always put the XHTML 
validation link before CSS.  I guess it looks better to me, or maybe it 
creates a sort of decending-ness since the XHTML button is more crowded 
than the CSS, which is busier than the copyright notice.

I'm also getting a big, unnecessary horizontal scroll in Moz 1.3b on Win XP.
