[css-d] IE5 Mac and body border-top

Hi there

IE 5 mac: is it known to do weird things with the border of the body 
element where there are

The strip of color at the top of the page should be a border of the 
body and run 100% wide - instead IE 5 mac has made it the top border of 
my 726px wide centered wrapper div. Chimera & Safari get it right, and 
am yet to test on windows.

Am I missing something? If someone could shed sopme light it would be 
greatly appreciated.
