I think what's happening is in the first external sheet.
That file starts with a /*comment*/, then an @import to 
the next sheet, and finally a child hack giving 'fixed'
position to the right nav.

Opera7 does 'fix' the nav, but all other styles seem missing.
I guess the comment is interfering with the @import, which 
is supposed to appear first in the css sheet, IIRC.
Could this be messing with IE6, as well?
