  ie5.01/w2k, ns6.2.1/w2k, mz1.0.0/w2k, mz1.2.1/w2k: all perfect in both
samples.

  kq2.2.2/lnx: both samples horizontally perfect, but vertically wrong (the
vertical middle (horizon) is at the top of the viewport).
