Its physical size is relative to both resolution and screen size.

What is your PC display resolution set to? What size is your PC display?
What is your cell phone display resolution? What size is your cell phone
display? You have to do the math to be sure which is bigger, or display
a block of 100x pixels that you can take a ruler to.
