iCab needs 4mb or RAM and runs on System 7.1, for certain older Mac systems its CSS (and other
standards) support is way ahead of any other browser they are capable of running. And it's getting
better all the time - albeit slowly.

Like Craig says, its good at what it does, it just doesn't support all of the CSS-P most of us
would like it too.
