    Harkening back to a thread from last week about the absence of the <uri>
value for the cursor property in the CSS 2.1 draft recommendation [1], I see
that in the latest draft [2], released on 28 January, the <uri> value is
back [3]. A welcome move, IMO. For the record, the <uri> value is only
supported, as far as I know, by IE 6 [4] at the present time.
