[css-d] Opera 7: text overflow in right box

Hello everyone,

I have a curious CSS problem with a site I am working
on. At http://www.champelec.com , the third column on
the right (the one to the right of the middle column,
entitled "Contact Us") appears not as I intended in
Opera 7.

The links overflow to the left of the box, instead of
staying within it. This does not occur in Opera 6, or
Netscape 7, or Internet Explorer 6.

Champelec.com does not validate, because I used some
<nobr> tags. I am not sure how to get a <nobr> effect
using CSS.

I am not sure why Opera 7 is showing it differently.
Maybe because I have done something wrong in the
stylesheet?

Any help would be appreciated.
