I've just updated the file, BTW, to add some more comments and explanations. The actual 
CSS is unchanged:-

To all listers: please let me have your feedback on the diagnostic (off-list if you prefer) so 
that I can gauge the level of interest and decide whether it's worth putting on the Wiki.
