hopefully none...

i've done some user testing on those keen colored scrollbars, and 
your average developer does it for whiz-bang by making it a color 
on the site...

well, a good chunk of users (still not done testing) don't see it 
because it 'blends' with the page...  users are used to a chrome-
colored (as in, the same color as the window chrome) scrollbar and 
look for that...

failing to find it, they don't scroll...

and horizontal scrollbars are worse... lots of people never see them 
when they're normal, but now it seems no one sees them when 
they are non-chrome-colored...

everything suggests the styling scrollbars is A Bad Thing(tm), at 
least given my usability testing...

everyone remember the scrolling status bar messages that made it 
impossible to see the location of hyperlinks?  anyone here missing 
their absence after they were so keenly taken up by everyone who 
saw them and then dumped when they realized users didn't like 
them?

i'm thinking it's not in the spec for a good reason... maybe they 
want to wait until they can style *all* chrome so it's at least 
consistent?
