Looks perfect in IE5.5 (You'll never get me to upgrade, Bill!  You hear 
me? Never!).  When I click through to various pages, I do notice the old 
"flash of unstyled content" where I get the whole page loading unstyled 
and then the styles taking hold and rearranging it in the blink of an
