Works by keyword in the subject line on other lists I've
been on where this was implemented under Lsoft's Listserv.
Each subscriber sets either ALL (probably the default), or
the topic keywords that they want to receive and the filtering
is done on the server.
You see messages with the topic keyword (normally as a prefix).
ie. "Subject: SITE: Can someone check using IE5 Mac"
