I'm really trying to have a fully CSS functional website however I keep running into all kinds of
crazy CSS issues and am not sure how to solve them.

You will notice that the bulleted items are set at a 14px font size just to match the regular
paragraphed font size. Then under testimonials, take your pick of the page, the fonts are either
really small with some as the right size of 10px set in the body in the CSS file.
I'm really confused to why things are so crazy. Also if I include the td tag in the list with the
body tag giving it a default font size the H1 and H2 tags are all messed up, in that the H2 tags are
larger and bolder then the H1 tags. What gives?
