No browser at all. This marker stuff is nominated to be dropped from the 
spec (it's not in the CSS2.1 working draft), to be replaced by something a 
little easier to implement.

Left-padding on LI seems the best choice. But left-margin on LI and left- 
padding and left-margin on UL/OL should also be set at the same time, to 
get consistent results across browsers. And forget about getting this to 
work in Netscape 4 :)
