I have a page with a border round the whole page. However, if you check the
page out in Opera you will see the problems with the border when you scroll
down. The bottom border comes up as the page goes up, and content is below
it!

If it does look ok then make your browser window smaller and you'll see what
I mean.
Please can anyone tell me how I can make borders that go right round the
page, and so it works in Opera / IE / Netscape? 100% settings for height
don't seem to work quite right a lot of the time.
