Yes it is. Using 'media=all' is a great way to exclude Netscape. You
could try it without the media attribute ('all' is the default value,
after all), and put it back in if you decide it looks better without
styles in Netscape...
BTW, nice layout. All those dotted borders around boxes you see on
many sites are a bit boring :-)
