Came across this bug in a page I was working on last month. 
I was too lazy to find out what was causing it till the 
other day. It's the combination of :first-line and :hover 
that triggers it. I checked the css of your webpage and sure 
enough it also has :first-line. made only a cursory check so 
I'm not certain whether that's the only css that's 
triggering the effect in your page.
