Opera 7 Beta 1 for Windows is on Opera's FTP server. It has not been
announced yet (I assume it will be in the coming days).

This software is beta. That means it may destroy your computer, kidnap
your children, and burn all your backups. (I haven't had any problems
yet.) Also, since it hasn't been released yet, things like a changelog
and help files are not available. I don't think there's a way to
report bugs yet either.
