There are probably a number of redundant tags in there that I need to
clear out. I had originally based the code on some of Craig Salia's
work, but found it was getting over complicated. Then I took a look at
the code at http://www.maccaws.org, that achieves the desired effect
with a lot less code.
I've just posted up a slightly cleaned up solution.
Now the only problem is to work out why IE Mac isn't displaying the
Header background and border correctly. Any ideas?
