[css-d] Pls help with IE Mac problem

OK, I have completely redone the CSS on my test page at http://test.
charityskills.net/test.html and have resolved all the problems except 
one...

In IE5 Mac - the footer is floating around at the just under the 
header, instead of at the bottom of the page.

Any ideas how to fix this?
