This sound like you want something server side to force a certain style
sheet, once the user has somehow selected one from your site.
I'm sure I've seen a Php version of a javascript font/css switcher
(forgotten where), being serverside this will work on ANY client & not
have any of the JS problems your so afraid of, at the expense of Server
resources though..
