Not as far as I know. It's still part of CSS2, and there's no
indication that they plan to "deprecate" or completely drop it in
CSS3: <http://www.w3.org/TR/REC-CSS2/syndata.html#value-def-color>.
But I guess the authors of that module know more about this than I
do.
