From my original post, slightly edited: "To allow anyone who wants
to restyle [a] site to do so simply by adding the appropriate rules
to a user stylesheet." This lets a site's users set the font sizes,
or change the colors, or even rearrange page elements, to suit
themselves. This has accessibility, usability, and geek-status wins
all wrapped up into one.
